About finding your why.
Today, many people (and businesses) wake up looking for purpose and authenticity. Finding it hard to express or explain why they exist. What they do mostly isn’t a problem to come up with. How it is done is becoming more difficult. Expressing why is often lost in translation. People tend to confuse process with progress and managing with leading. And exactly this is a shame since people don’t believe how or what you do, but why you do it.
And finding the why may be a lot easier than you think. Moreover, the journey of discovering your why can be something awesome, powerful as wel as existential.
